01 - WHERE WE COME FROM
Three siblings. Two homes. One table.
We're Jasmine, Jason and Ethan Chami, three siblings from Lebanon, building something of our own in Australia.
Jasmine is at university here, Jason is about to follow, and Ethan is still finishing school back home.
We brought the usual things from home. Too much food, family voice notes and over-stuffed suitcases that somehow always smelled a little like za'atar.
Our parents make wine in Lebanon through Mersel Wine and Heya Wines, so we grew up around vineyards, harvests, bottles, labels and long conversations around the table.
We also grew up seeing the work behind every bottle. The farmers, the land, the indigenous grapes and the people who make it all happen.
02 - WHY WE STARTED
Where we came from, what brought us here.
Somewhere between moving countries, studying, growing up and figuring out what comes next, we kept coming back to the same idea.
If we were going to build something together, it had to be something close to us.
So instead of trying to invent something completely new, we decided to bring a little piece of what we already love to Australia.
That became Olea & Vine.
For us, these wines are not just products to import. They are part of where we come from.
03 - WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
Made by family. Moved by family.
For now, we're starting with the wines closest to us: Mersel Wine, Heya Wines and Dar Richi, all made back home in Lebanon.
As we grow, we hope to bring over other things that feel just as close to home, including Lebanese olive oil and spirits.
Olea & Vine is our way of sharing a little piece of Lebanon with Australia while building something of our own along the way.
Just good wine, made by people we know, from a place we call home.
