Elevate
Indigenous Lebanese Grape Wines from High-Altitude Vineyards
Elevate: High Altitude. Low Yields. Exceptional Character
Elevate is our expression of Lebanon's high-altitude vineyards, where the harsh mountain climate, rocky soils and shorter growing seasons shape grapes of remarkable character.
At these extreme elevations, cooler temperatures slow down the ripening process, allowing for a longer growing season and an extended harvest period. This gradual ripening helps the grapes retain their natural acidity while developing concentrated flavours, freshness and complexity.
With a focus on indigenous Lebanese grape varieties, Elevate celebrates the unique identity of our land and the rich winemaking heritage of Lebanon.
Grown at extreme elevations with naturally low yields, our vineyards produce fewer grapes, allowing us to focus on quality rather than quantity. Made in small batches with minimal intervention, each wine reflects the character of its variety and the mountain landscape from which it comes.
Less quantity, more character. A true expression of Lebanon's mountains.
