ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY

A Few Friendly Notes 🍷

Thank you for supporting Olea & Vine! We're so happy to share our family's wines with you. Just a few little notes to help everything run smoothly.

​

Payment: We kindly ask that invoices be settled within 14 days of delivery (ie every fortnight). New orders can be processed once any outstanding invoices have been settled.

​

Minimum Orders: Complimentary delivery is available within eligible NSW delivery areas for orders of 2 cases (24 bottles) or more. Smaller orders are always welcome, with a modest AUD $6 delivery fee within these areas. Deliveries outside eligible areas will be quoted separately.

Mixed Cases: Love a little variety? We're happy to arrange split cases for an additional AUD $6 handling fee per SKU.

 

Interstate Deliveries: We're happy to organise deliveries beyond NSW through trusted transport partners to help ensure your wines arrive safely. Freight costs will be quoted separately and passed on at cost.

 

Order Cut-Off & Delivery Times: Orders placed by 12 noon (Sydney time) are eligible for next-business-day delivery within NSW, subject to stock availability and delivery schedules. For interstate deliveries, please allow 2–3 business days. We'll always do our best to get your wines to you as smoothly and quickly as possible!

 

Receiving Your Wines: Please check your wines upon arrival and let us know as soon as reasonably possible if anything is missing, damaged or not quite right. We'll gladly work with you to make things right, in accordance with your applicable rights.

 

Wine Availability: All wines are subject to availability. If a favourite is temporarily out of stock, we'll do our best to suggest something equally lovely or let you know when it's back.

 

Responsible Supply: Wines are supplied only to persons aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery, and all deliveries are subject to applicable liquor laws.
