OUR STORY
Three siblings. Two homes. One table.
We’re Jasmine, Jason and Ethan Chami, three siblings from Lebanon, now slowly building something of our own in Australia.
Jasmine is at university here, Jason is about to follow, and Ethan is still finishing school back home.
Somewhere between moving countries, studying, growing up and figuring out what comes next, we kept coming back to the same idea. If we were going to build something together, it had to be something close to us.
We brought the usual things from home. Too much food, family voice notes and over-stuffed suitcases that somehow always smelled a little like za’atar.
Our parents make wine in Lebanon through Mersel Wine and Heya Wines, so we grew up around vineyards, harvests, bottles, labels and long conversations around the table. We also grew up seeing the work behind every bottle. The farmers, the land, the indigenous grapes and the people who make it all happen.
So instead of trying to invent something completely new, we decided to bring a little piece of what we already love to Australia.
That became Olea & Vine.
For now, we are starting with the wines closest to us. Mersel Wine, Heya Wines and Dar Richi, all made back home in Lebanon.
For us, these wines are not just products to import. They are part of where we come from.
As we grow, we hope to bring over other things that feel just as close to home, including Lebanese olive oil and spirits.
Olea & Vine is our way of sharing a little piece of Lebanon with Australia while building something of our own along the way.

Origin is at the heart of everything we do. Every wine, olive oil, and spirit we import reflects the landscape, climate, and culture from which it comes. By working directly with producers deeply connected to their land, we bring the authentic character of the Mediterranean to Australia.

Tradition guides the producers we work with and the products we select. From vineyard practices to olive harvesting and distillation, generations of knowledge shape methods that respect the rhythms of nature and preserve the cultural heritage of their regions.
Respect defines our approach which is respect for the land, for heritage, and for the people who cultivate it. We honour the hands that plant, harvest, and craft each product, supporting independent growers and producers who care deeply for their environment.

Authenticity is the standard by which we choose every product. Our wines, olive oils, and spirits are selected for their integrity, craftsmanship, and honest expression of origin, bringing the true taste of the Mediterranean to the Australian table.
