This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through the Olea & Vine website.

Section 1 – Delivery of Alcohol

Alcohol purchased from Olea & Vine must be delivered to and accepted by a person aged 18 years or older.

By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Alcohol will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18

• Valid government-issued photo identification may be required upon delivery

• The recipient must not be intoxicated at the time of delivery

Alcohol will not be left unattended at any premises.

Section 2 – Delivery Locations

Olea & Vine currently delivers to:

• Residential addresses

• Business addresses

Alcohol will not be delivered to:

• Public places

• Schools or educational institutions

• Locations where delivery would breach RSA obligations

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location where it is unsafe or unlawful to do so.

Section 3 – Delivery Times

Alcohol will only be delivered during the permitted trading hours under Olea & Vine’s Packaged Liquor Licence.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Courier availability

• Delivery location

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

Section 4 – Missed or Refused Deliveries

​

Olea & Vine reserves the right to refuse the sale or delivery of alcohol where it is reasonably believed that supply

Delivery may be refused where:

• The recipient is under 18 years of age

• Valid photo identification cannot be provided

• The recipient appears intoxicated

• The premises are unattended

• Delivery would otherwise breach RSA requirements

Where delivery is refused due to legal or RSA obligations:

• The order may be cancelled

• A re-delivery fee may apply

• Delivery fees are non-refundable

Section 5 – Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

Section 6 – Interstate Deliveries​

Olea & Vine may deliver alcohol to certain locations outside of New South Wales, subject to applicable laws in the receiving State or Territory.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and receipt of alcohol complies with local laws in their State or Territory.​
