Olea & Vine Pty Ltd operates under a Packaged Liquor Licence and is committed to the responsible delivery of alcohol in accordance with:

Section 1 – Legal Drinking Age

Olea & Vine does not sell or deliver alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 years or over

• You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in Australia

It is an offense for persons under 18 years of age to purchase or receive alcohol.

Section 2 – Age Verification at Delivery

​

All alcohol deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 years or older.

Our delivery partners are required to:

• Request valid government-issued photo identification where appropriate

• Verify the recipient is over 18 years of age

 

Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Australian Driver Licence

• Passport

• Proof of Age Card

Section 3 – Refusal of Delivery

Delivery may be refused where:

• The recipient is under 18 years of age

• Valid ID cannot be provided

• The recipient appears intoxicated

• The premises are unattended

• Delivery would otherwise breach RSA obligations

Alcohol will not be left unattended at any premises.

 

If delivery is refused due to legal or RSA requirements:

• The order may be cancelled

• A re-delivery fee may apply

• Delivery fees are non-refundable

Section 4 – Delivery Times

Alcohol will only be delivered in accordance with the trading hours permitted under Olea & Vine’s Packaged Liquor Licence.

Deliveries will not be made:

• Outside permitted licence hours

• To public places

• To schools or educational institutions

Section 5 – Safe Delivery Obligations

​

Olea & Vine and its delivery partners are committed to:

• Preventing supply to minors

• Preventing secondary supply

• Complying with RSA requirements

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably believe that supply may result in harm or breach applicable liquor laws.
