Olea & Vine does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.

  • The Liquor Act 2007 (NSW)

  • The Liquor Regulation 2018 (NSW)

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements applicable to online packaged liquor licence holders.

It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol.

Section 2 – Online Orders & Delivery of Alcohol

By placing an order for alcohol through this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Alcohol deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or older

  • Valid government-issued photo identification may be required upon delivery

  • Our delivery partners may refuse delivery if:

    • The recipient appears under the age of 25 and cannot produce ID

    • The recipient is intoxicated

    • The delivery address is unattended

    • The delivery would otherwise breach applicable RSA obligations

 

If delivery is refused due to failure to meet legal requirements, Olea & Vine reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Charge a re-delivery fee

  • Refund the order value excluding delivery costs

 

Alcohol will not be left unattended at any premises.

Section 3 – Responsible Service of Alcohol

Olea & Vine is committed to the responsible sale and supply of alcohol.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel any order

  • Restrict quantities purchased

  • Refuse delivery

 

where we reasonably believe that supplying alcohol may:

  • Breach RSA laws

  • Contribute to harm

  • Involve secondary supply to minors

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Certain products may be:

  • Available exclusively online

  • Offered in limited quantities

  • Subject to vintage variation

 

We reserve the right to:
